Questions about organizing special sessions for the conference should be submitted to Raffaele Solimene and Koichi ITO (email@example.com). Proposals should be submitted through this online form no later than Sunday, 15 October 2023. Each proposal should include the title of the special session, a brief description of the topic, an indication of whether the proposed session is for AP-S, USNC-URSI, or is joint, and a justification for its designation as a special session. Special sessions will be selected and finalized by Thursday, 30 November 2023. At that time, additional instructions will be provided to the organizers of the special sessions chosen for inclusion in the conference. The associated papers or abstracts will be due Sunday, 21 January 2024.
NOTE: Special Sessions are meant to be really special. Topic areas may be new, novel, memorial, expository, revisited, etc. For example, Special Sessions may be “in honor/memory of” a colleague or they may be focused on new research efforts or technology directions.
Proposals should be submitted through the online form, below. Inquiries should be sent via e-mail to the Special Session Chairs Raffaele Solimene and Koichi ITO at firstname.lastname@example.org.
